How to play Pimple Please
Hold a pimple to squeeze. Lift to pause. When the material is out, swipe to wipe it away. Clear the face and the next person appears automatically.
Play the gameWith a finger or a mouse
- Hold a visible pore. The camera moves closer while the pressure builds. You can slide slightly upward for more pressure, or downward for less.
- Lift whenever you want. An extraction stays where you left it. In the close-up, hold anywhere on the game surface to continue.
- Wait for “Swipe to wipe.” Drag across the skin. A napkin picks up the residue; short swipes can take more than one pass.
- Finish the other pores. Use the Show face button to return to the overview. Once the face is clean, it smiles and the game moves on.
Keyboard controls
Tab to the game first. The selected pore has a dotted outline.

| Up / Down | Adjust pressure while squeezing. |
| W | Wipe after extraction. Hold it for continuous wiping. |
| Escape | Release and return to the face overview. |
If something seems stuck
The pore does not open after a tap
Keep holding. Blackheads and deep plugs take longer than small whiteheads. A tap may not build enough pressure.
The napkin stays on the skin
You have paused partway through cleanup. Drag again, or use W. The counter changes only after the pore is fully wiped.
I cannot hear anything
Interact with the game once, then check its speaker button and volume in Settings. Also check your device volume. Sound is optional.
I would rather not zoom in
Open Settings and enable Reduced motion. The game also follows your device’s reduced-motion preference.
Tools, scores and saved progress
Complete faces to save your cleared-pore total. Eight saved clears unlock the optional loop tool in Settings. The pore guide explains where blackheads appear and how the loop changes their extraction.
Each pore gives 100 points, plus up to 50 for pressure control. Relaxed mode awards the full control bonus. There is no timer or speed bonus.
Your completed scores and settings stay in this browser. They do not sync to another device, and reloading starts the current unfinished face again. Last face shows the most recent before-and-after result during the session. The data page explains what is stored.
